Copyright policy
Creators retain copyright in their work. You must own the rights to every asset you publish, or hold a license that permits this distribution. Buying an asset does not transfer copyright. Public previews are watermarked; copying or redistributing previews or original files without permission is prohibited. Screenshots cannot be completely prevented. Rights complaints can be raised through the merchant-of-record order support channel; include the asset, your rights evidence, and the action requested.
Terms of service
This marketplace supplies downloadable digital images and templates, not physical goods. The product description and license define what is included. You must provide accurate account details and use the asset lawfully. Payment is processed by the configured merchant of record. Access is provided only after server verification of a paid, non-test order belonging to your account. Refunded or reversed orders lose download access. Product prices are in the displayed currency, with any taxes and applicable payment charges disclosed at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Privacy policy
The app uses GenMB authentication to manage your sign-in, a private account-scoped key-value store for your cart, and owner-signed public catalogue records. The payment provider processes payment details, customer records, orders, and delivery links; card data is not stored in this app. Language and theme preferences are saved on your device. Purchase access is matched to your verified account email. Use the payment provider’s receipt support channel to request order-related corrections or data assistance. Business identity and applicable retention obligations must be reviewed by the operator before launch.
Refund policy
If an asset is corrupted, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or subject to a rights issue, request a review through the support route on your payment receipt. Provide the order reference and a description of the issue. A license is not a promise of suitability for every project; review previews and formats before purchase. Digital delivery may affect statutory withdrawal rights where local law permits and valid consent is obtained at checkout. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain applicable. The merchant of record processes any approved refund to the original payment method. This policy must be reviewed for the seller’s jurisdiction before live sales.
Digital product license
Licensed to one purchaser for personal and commercial end projects. You may modify the asset. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or offer the source file as a competing digital asset. Copyright remains with the creator. Trademark registration and unlawful use are prohibited.
Each product’s stated license takes priority for that asset. No license permits redistribution of the original source files unless expressly stated.
